🎯 What is the objective?

An integral part of our business at Stake is sourcing and acquiring the best possible investment opportunities for our investors to choose from. We believe a thorough data driven approach is essential to vetting investment opportunities. This needs to be coupled with a well established network in the residential real estate market in Dubai. For this purpose, Stake is looking for an experienced and analytical Acquisitions Manager to work with the asset management team in sourcing, vetting, and acquiring deals, by buying into and improving upon the acquisitions process developed at Stake.

👩‍💻 What will you be doing?

The Acquisitions Manager will report to the Head of Assets at Stake, and will be working directly with Stake’s Operations team in sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and closing investment opportunities. Additionally, the role will involve selling the growing portfolio of properties that are funded on our platform.

The most successful candidate will be someone who has an established network in residential real estate in Dubai. The role requires an individual who is detail oriented, is process and data driven, shows initiative, has strong negotiations skills, and has methodical ways to grow an optimal supply chain of properties. The candidate is also passionate about maximizing value and income potential for Stake’s primary customers, the platform investors.

The Acquisitions Manager will spend most of their time:

• Developing sustainable relationships with brokers and sellers by utilizing and growing their existing network in residential real estate in Dubai.
• Sourcing and vetting acquisition investment opportunities, shortlisting options and presenting to the Acquisitions committee for review.
• Meeting weekly with the Acquisitions committee to decide on deals, set monthly acquisitions strategy, and sale strategies.
• Carrying out visits and full assessments for new properties to be acquired.
