Associate Product Manager (Growth)
Candidates must be based in the UAE, or willing to relocate. We are a hybrid team that spends half of our work week in person together at Stake’s Dubai office.

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager (Growth) to lead key product growth initiatives on our platform as part of our Growth Squad. By collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and the broader product team, you will help design and implement features across 6 core pillars: Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Retention, Referral, and Resurrection. You will also work closely with the growth marketing team to execute key initiatives such as SEO enhancements, lifecycle marketing development, and other critical marketing strategies that are in alignment with our overall growth objectives
🤓 What you’ll do
- Product execution: You will understand our business strategy, industry (Real estate
fintech/digital investments), technical constraints, data, and platform requirements in order
to produce impactful and valuable solutions. You'll work directly with a Product Manager and the Director of Product & Design, as well as our Chief Product & Technology Officer, to align your work with the vision and roadmap for Growth within the business.
- Feature specification: You will perform detailed research into our prioritised
issues and opportunities, recording key insights from competitor and market
analysis, as well as our many customer feedback channels. Through this process
you will gather requirements, define functionality & user flows, and set goals while
documenting everything in well written one-pagers/product specs (and JIRA
tickets) for our designers and developers
- Product delivery: You will lead a squad to iteratively and rapidly deliver product
functionality that accomplishes pre-defined goals, including managing agile sprint
cycles
- Product quality: You will identify, prioritise, and resolve technical, functional,
design and/or business quality issues
- Product Discovery
- You are the voice of our customer: Conduct user interviews, review survey responses, customer comms & online reviews, and conduct usability testing to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas
- Data and Analytics: You will leverage our internal data team and analytics stack to continuously uncover new insights and to understand how users engage with our product. You will also take ownership of our user growth targets, using data and experimentation to improve key metrics and squad goals
- UX design: Define key flows and deliver UX ideas in your product specs that
leverage the latest UX best practices
- Growth Marketing
- Martech Stack Management: Assist in maintaining the health of our marketing data/analytics stack (Segment, Amplitude and Appsflyer) including our product data dictionary, ensuring accurate and comprehensive event instrumentation, and keeping all documentation up-to-date
- No code tools: Aid in maximising the use our use of no-code tools to efficiently conduct experiments and optimise conversions for diverse range of campaigns and features
- Support growth marketing: Collaborate with the growth marketing team in executing key initiatives such as SEO enhancements, lifecycle marketing development, and other critical marketing strategies that are in alignment with our overall growth objectives
👀 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in product management, business, marketing, or software engineering
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a scrappy and proactive approach, showcasing a proven track record as a self-starter
- Prior experience in a product team is highly valued, particularly for those who have collaborated closely with both design and engineering teams and have experience in implementing Agile methodology.
