Product Designer (Junior to Mid-weight)

Candidates must be based in Dubai, or willing to relocate. We are a hybrid team that spends half of our work week in person together at Stake’s Dubai office.

We are seeking an Junior to Mid Weight Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of our users. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

🤓 What you’ll do

• Assist in various stages of the product design cycle, from initial discovery research to delivering high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Co-ordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points, and use these insights to inform design decisions.
• Actively participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and provide constructive feedback.
• Support in maintaining visual standards and UX/UI quality for assigned projects, including testing and design quality assurance.
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to identify user needs and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Support the development of a design team culture by embracing human-centered design principles and contributing to the evolution of our technical design system and brand.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
